Responsibilities:
- Design, write, edit, and facilitate learning content
- Develop engaging content in alignment to the learning plan (content includes presentations, facilitator guides, reference guides, meeting-in-a-box, video scripts, and knowledge checks)
- Partner closely with subject matter experts/contacts for the business to develop content in alignment to the learning plan
- Work with legacy learning materials
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong Writing and Grammar skills
- Experience writing adult learning materials
- Experience in creative design, visual layouts, WF Brand Standards
- Experience delivering formal training programs to various audiences in a learning and development capacity
- Jira, SQL, ETL, Excel and MS Office skills
