CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for aTraining Support Center Program Manager.
As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various warehouse operations related to Training Support-Materiel Army-wide Tracking System (TS-MATS), Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS), and Graphics Training Aids (GTAs). Your responsibilities will encompass the receipt, storage, accountability, loan, issue, transfer, turn-in, packaging, shipment, serviceability checks, repair, and preventative maintenance of TADSS equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for training customers on the Engagement Skills Trainer - II (EST-II) Operations and HMMWV Egress Assistance Trainer (HEAT) Operations. Your contribution to this role will be essential in supporting our organization's training initiatives and mission success.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and oversee all TSC warehouse operations related to TS-MATS, TADSS, and GTAs.
- Input and maintain accurate data into the Training Support-Materiel Army-wide Tracking System (TS-MATS).
- Create and maintain comprehensive historical records, both digital and hardcopy, of standard and non-standard TADSS equipment and Graphics Training Aids associated with the TSC warehouse.
- Coordinate the shipping of TADSS equipment to various locations as required.
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct training sessions for customers on the Engagement Skills Trainer - II (EST-II) Operations and HMMWV Egress Assistance Trainer (HEAT) Operations.
- Provide supervision and leadership to a team of one employee, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and adherence to organizational standards.
- In-depth knowledge of TS-MATS and Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) within a TSC environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must have two to five years relevant experience.
