Position: Transaction Manager
Location: Tustin, CA - full time in office.
Position Summary:
The Transaction manager will work with the National Real Estate and Facilities Manager in securing new branch locations, completing lease renewals, and disposing of surplus branch locations. The Transaction manager will also work with the facilities team and assist with and set up and closing of branch locations and updating tracking summaries and lease administration software.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
- Work with local Real Estate Professionals to secure leases for branches
- Coordinate Property tours
- Negotiate lease proposals
- Review lease contracts
- Update lease tracking summaries and lease administration software
- Ensure all branch files are up to date with all documents
- Coordinate Office set up
- Manage lease process and office set up thru occupancy
- Negotiate Lease renewals
- Coordinate with Facilities Support team
- Reports to the National Real Estate and Facilities Manager
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate leasing
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional supervisory and management skills
- Must work well under pressure in a very fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be able to handle multiple assignments
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Desired Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Three to five years' experience in this field of work is preferred
Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
