About the Role

As a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry. You will verify and correct data where necessary.  

Hours:

8:00AM- 4:30 PM; Monday through Friday with the possibility of flexible hours

As a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms.
• Transcribe information into the required electronic format.
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
• Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks.
• Print information when required.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Assisting with other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have MS Office product experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or an equivalent level of education; some college preferred
• Have prior business environment work experience
• Be able to successfully pass a pre-employment screenings
