We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join their team and handle a flourishing caseload. This is an exceptional opportunity for an Attorney or October 2024 graduate with experience in Corporate Law, Estate/Probate/Trust, Labor & Employment, and Business/Tax/Real Estate, Litigation, and Workers Compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Including but not limited to, advising and representing clients in legal matters.
• Conduct client consultations, provide legal advice, and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the case.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and billing records.

Background Requirements:

• 0-5 Years of Experience – October 2024 graduates welcome
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
• Background in one or more of the following: Background in Corporate Business Law (Transactional Side) - background in Estate/Probate/Trust, Labor & Employment, and Business/Tax/Real Estate, Litigation, and Workers Compensation will be considered as well.
• Roughly 1750 annual billables
• Ability to handle high stress situations effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
