About the Job
Baird Holm LLP is seeking a transactional attorney with 3 or more years of law firm experience with the following background and experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
- Strong academic history
- Active admission in good standing with the Nebraska bar or ability to obtain the same quickly
- Prior experience in conducting due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and handling closings
- Prior experience in corporate, real estate, finance, permitting, construction, litigation, or tax credits beneficial
- Strong writing, analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and robust work ethic
- Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork, along with ability to work independently on various projects
