Business Transactional Attorney

We have an immediate opening in our business practice group for a mid-level Business Transactional Attorney. The ideal candidate has 6 to 15 years of substantial experience handling a wide range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, sales and purchases of real estate and business operations, real and personal property-based financing, business formations, and general corporate work. If you are a driven professional with a passion for business law and a desire to take your practice to the next level, then this could be the right firm for you.

Key Qualifications:

• Specialized Knowledge: Experience in IP, tax, securities, land use, and/or environmental law is highly beneficial. A portable book of business is a strong plus.
• Academic and Communication Skills: The position requires strong academic credentials, along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Business Development: We seek a candidate committed to business development and practice growth, with a proactive and energetic approach to client service and the ambition to develop and expand a personal book of business.

Our office is conveniently located in downtown Portland. This position will initially require in-office work for onboarding and training purposes, with a gradual transition to a hybrid remote schedule offering flexible hours.
