We are a growing franchise law firm with an open position for a business transactions attorney. The attorney will handle transactional franchise and business matters, including reviewing commercial leases, reviewing franchise documents, handling acquisitions and sales of businesses and other related matters.
Why join us?
We offer compensation ranging between $75 to $80 per hour and are looking for an attorney who can work at least 80 hours a month.
Attorneys also receive origination credit. The position can be fully remote (any state), hybrid or in-office (if in California). The work can be full-time or part-time. Part-time has flexible scheduling and can be worked around childcare (or other responsibilities).
Job Details
Applicants must be in good standing with their State Bar and have graduated from an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree.
Responsibilities:
1) Be the foremost experts in franchise law and legal issues that franchisees face.
2) Use our expertise to efficiently obtain results for our clients.
3) Use our experience and creativity to develop win-win solutions to make deals happen and craft arguments to give our clients an edge in litigation.
