Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney - ATX
An established boutique commercial real estate law firm in Austin, with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney, with 2 to 7+ years' experience, to join their team full-time.
This position is in-office with remote flexibility for applicants who are residents of San Antonio, or another city in Texas.
Experience with sophisticated commercial real estate development and corporate transactional work is desired.
The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based year-end bonuses.
Skills and Requirements:
- Applicants must be able to work in-office in Austin, TX
- 2-7+ years' experience in transactional commercial real estate work
- Experience with sophisticated real estate development work/transactions a plus
- Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
- Desire to work alongside senior partners to assist with workflow as required
- Professional, organized and collegial
