This is an exciting full-time position in overseeing, directing and evaluating the activities of a group of workers engaged in the maintenance of transit vehicles and equipment. Metro has diesel and hybrid buses and a growing fleet of electric and articulated buses. The work also involves planning and maintaining work schedules in accordance with general instructions and established procedures. Employees in this class operate independently under the general supervision of the Transit Maintenance Managers.
NOTE:Work in this position can include shifts with evening, weekend and holiday hours.
