What We're Looking For:
- Problem-solvers with a positive, can-do attitude
- Physically capable individuals comfortable with standing, walking, lifting, and packing
- Reliable transportation, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a valid driver's license required
- Experience in estate sales, auctions, or as an eBay reseller is a plus
What We Provide:
- Competitive compensation: Starting at $20/hour for new team members, $20 - $22 hour or higher for experienced candidates

$20 - $22+ hourly DOE
Responsibilities:- Evaluate the contents of a client's home to determine items suitable for donation, sale, or disposal
- Organize and photograph household items for online auction listings
- Safely pack and unpack belongings during the relocation process
- Maintain punctual attendance with flexible scheduling
- Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing work conditions
- Demonstrate stamina, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude while addressing challenges
- Perform any additional duties as required
- Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills is required
- Previous experience in engaging social media marketing is highly desirable
- Ability to collaborate with team members and excel in a team setting
- High School diploma or equivalent education is a prerequisite
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory
