About the Job
CREDENTIALS: B.A. or B.S. in a related field.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to use various computers
Software, Microsoft Office Suites.
Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
Knowledge of Title 22, Division 6 licensing requirements and knowledge of residential care.
Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. Strong human relations skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to write comprehensive evaluations and progress notes/ reports on youth’s treatment goals.
