Job Description:
- The Sr. Change Manager will be supporting the internal Global Technology team to roll out a variety of capability building processes across Global Technology including streamlined initiative intake, change control, AOP alignment, portfolio management, etc.
- The Sr Change Manager will be working across the business operations, business intelligence, agile excellence, product excellence, change management, and portfolio management to drive cross functional adoption of our new prioritized processes to scale and speed up GT's central management deliverables
- As a Change Manager you will successfully manage change management activities and work closely with to program teams, project managers, product managers, and scrum leads on dependencies and constraints.
- You will also apply your experience for resolving problems that arise around our portfolio operation, stakeholder issues, and organizational issues.
- You will also drive excellence in change management in support of the technology digital transformation efforts.
- Assess stakeholder readiness for change and build business case on the change.
- Drive change management principles and methodology across medium to large global initiatives. Understand stakeholders, their resistance and place in the change journey
- Develop and activate training plan and materials to generate momentum, raise awareness and minimize business disruption.
- Develop communication plans and materials for specific initiatives to engage stakeholders, drive awareness, adoption and minimize disruption to stakeholders.
- Proactive approach and communicate status to stakeholders effectively, with an emphasis on maintaining alignment with core project sponsors.
- Familiarity with SCRUM and SCRUM processes, including but not limited to facilitating scrum planning sessions, daily standups, and addressing/removing blockers for the team.
- Adapt plans and priorities to the changes coming from leadership, operational challenges, and technology priorities
- Make decisions and actions that impact brand image and culture within the constraints of our policies.
