About the role:
Our client, the leader in the audio streaming space are looking to bring on a few different Growth Marketing Translation Coordinators to help us with a few key functions in managing the Product, UX, and Growth Marketing translation queue.
The primary goal will be to assist us in turning "first pass automated translations into client's branded copy that conveys our tone and voice across various marketing communications (blog posts, sale emails, website banners, zings, CTAs, etc.).
This role will not be about just translating copy but instead will be about taking already translated copy and helping us ensure it strongly matches the branded voice we believe presents the best version of client's to our customers. The languages we're currently looking to support in this first batch are Japanese, Portuguese (Brazilian and Portuguese dialects), and Latin American Spanish (Spain dialect predominantly but also Central and South American dialects).
Additional responsibilities will include program management of our queue, coordinating with contracted translation specialists, updating existing repositories with approved translations, and helping us build an employee facing wiki. Initially, we'll look to ensure SLAs are met and then expand operations toward

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Translate, localize, and edit copy for various campaigns and products that help us maintain client branded voice across various markets
- Identify process opportunities and gaps and coordinate with stakeholders on solutions
- Review ticket statuses and help us ensure critical tickets are handled with speed and care
- Provide health checks on your portion of the pipeline and ensure appropriate coverage is available at all times
- Meet agreed upon SLAs for response and completion
- Provide QA checks on already translated copy
- Work with business partners and stakeholders to ensure our customers receive the right messaging at the right time
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience copywriting in the language specified or as a native speaker
- 2+ years assisting in project management duties helping to manage pipelines and improve workflows
- Desire to seek out improvements in workflows, communicate new ways of working, and implement solutions.
- Past experience crafting customer facing communications
- Comfortable with finding opportunity in ambiguity
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Outstanding work ethic and organizational skills
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of Marketing experience in past roles
- Experience within the media industry
- Experience within a subscription model
