Job Position: Billing Clerk in Transportation
South Bay Auto Auction is looking for a highly motivated, reliable, billing clerk to join our Audit department. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, the ability to organize, and excellent communication skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating invoices and credit memos.
- Data Entry and Scanning.
- Audit data input for the accuracy of the final bill.
- Follow up on bills and necessary missing paperwork.
- Maintain daily billing reports.
- Daily audit of unbilled loads.
- Process incoming payments and billings.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
- Assist with additional clerical functions.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Quickbooks knowledge.
- Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Self-motivated.
- Organized.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Previous Automotive experience is a plus.
