This position performs administrative and delivery support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Staff in this category may also have the title of department assistant, coordinator or associate.

Job Duties:
- Provide data analysis and data reporting
- Analyze data to provide ongoing appropriate communication with daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals
- Create and maintain daily and monthly sales reports
- Draft business correspondence
- Handle multiple office duties such as incoming calls, customer service, meeting arrangements, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Three years experience in consumer products sales administrative assistant/support or sales analyst position.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Previous experience with data analysis
- Advanced Microsoft office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- AS 400 experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen; a criminal background check and a post-offer physical (if applicable).
