Description
We are in search of a highly motivated Transit Operations Analyst, a pivotal role that acts as the traffic conductor behind the scenes of our public transportation system. The Transit Operations Analyst would harness the power of data analysis to ensure efficient transit operations, keep costs under control, and enhance the overall rider experience.
Monday- Friday7:30am- 5:30am

Description
We are in search of a highly motivated Transit Operations Analyst, a pivotal role that acts as the traffic conductor behind the scenes of our public transportation system. The Transit Operations Analyst would harness the power of data analysis to ensure efficient transit operations, keep costs under control, and enhance the overall rider experience.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Capable of analyzing schedules, ridership, and routes and assessing financials to identify areas for improvement for fixed route and paratransit (Dial-A-Ride) service.
- Systems Management: Monitor several systems such as CAD/AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location), Scheduling/Payroll, Radio Technologies, Video surveillance, Fareboxes, and other onboard vehicle equipment.
- Improving Efficiency: Able to recommend changes that optimize routes, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Collaboration: Assist with training programs, working in close partnership with various departments within the transit agency and external stakeholders.
