CommQuest seeks a part-time Trauma Therapist & Outreach Coordinator supporting the Alliance office and community; providing specialized therapeutic services and strategic outreach to individuals, focusing on recovery, resilience principles, and trauma-informed care. The role involves empowering individuals who have experienced severe mental illness, trauma, and sexual violence, ensuring they integrate and succeed in their natural environments. The Outreach Coordinator aspect of the role works to strengthen community knowledge of sexual violence programs and provides essential services, including counseling, advocacy, and education.

What you'll do:
- Provide trauma-focused interventions, symptom monitoring, and crisis management.
- Provide strategic outreach to sexual assault survivors and their loved ones in the community.
- Perform accurate and timely documentation of trauma-focused interventions according to agency standards.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, departments, agencies, client collaterals, and community entities.
- Promptly report and document any critical or unusual incidents, especially those related to trauma concerns.
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Part-time. 8 - 10 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Service required.
- Active LPC or LSW license issued by the State of Ohio required. LPCC or LISW preferred.
- Previous experience working with adults with severe mental illness, trauma, and sexual assault survivors.
- Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other providers in the agency and community.
- Must be trained in trauma therapy and Sexual Violence Advocacy within 30 days of hire.
- Maintain current certification in CPR/First Aid and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training with a trauma-competent approach.
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, or similar applications required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for rotating on-call shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

- Salary listed is base pay. Quarterly bonuses for licensed positions!
