As a Travel Ads Product Support Manager, you will work closely with external partners, advertisers, and our product & engineering teams to directly support the growth of Client Ads and Hotel Center. You will onboard advertisers, develop scaled workflows, and deliver timely feedback to all to help improve our products and implementations.

- Within Client's Ads Business, you will be joining a team to help scale the Travel Ads products as the team expands to launching new ads products and features.
- You will be partnering with Sales, Support, Product and Engineering and helping to launch critical products and services across the Client Ads business.
- Our focus is on bringing powerful insights to these teams to improve product, help customers grow the business and improve the overall customer experience.
As a Travel Ads Product Support Manager, you will work closely with external partners, advertisers, and our product & engineering teams to directly support the growth of Client Ads and Hotel Center. You will onboard advertisers, develop scaled workflows, and deliver timely feedback to all to help improve our products and implementations.
Provide proactive high touch support to partners and advertisers and help them implement and onboard as we scale new formats. This includes:
- Owning end to end partner and advertiser onboarding and reactive support.
- Provide consultation to customers to help them implement technical solutions for campaign management and conversion tracking.
- Developing workflows and managing daily high touch support.
- Troubleshooting any issues and provide actionable recommendations to the advertisers and partners.
- Proactively documenting advertiser and partner feedback to share internally with Product and Engineering teams.
- Come up with creative ideas to address identified gaps and influence relevant stakeholders to get buy-in for implementing proposed solutions.
- Derive critical insights by analyzing and connecting disparate data sets across the business, to unlock opportunities for improvement across product, operations and knowledge management.
- Define and report success metrics to help evaluate the efficiency of implemented solutions.
- Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering and Business Solutions teams.
- Strong project / program management experience.
- Experience with presentations, sheets, docs, etc.
- Must have Knowledge of Ads and working with advertisers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
