Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - 13 Week Assignment

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the Occupational Therapist.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current COTA license in the state of practice.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
