- Collaborate with a medical team to assess patient needs and implement therapy goals.
- Document patient progress and therapy notes accurately.
- Support and encourage patients in adapting to their home and work environments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in occupational therapy practices
- Adhere to facility and professional guidelines and standards of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the therapy team.
