- Instruct patients in the use of adaptive equipment and techniques

- Monitor patient's progress and report to the occupational therapist

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patient care

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
