**Must-Have:**
- Resume and License Verification
- Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior

**Job Description:**
- Ensure the completion of prescreen and attach it with candidate submission.
- Provide state license verification, resume, and three references upon submitting the candidate.
- Conduct County Criminal check for the last 7 years for all counties lived and worked in.
- Perform Federal Criminal search covering 7 years or more.
- Execute a Multi-State Criminal search for 7 years or more.
- Complete a Nationwide Sex Offender search for 7 years or more.
- Perform HHS/OIG, GSA, and SAM Searches.
- Conduct Social Security Number Trace.
- Complete a 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or provide proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray.
