Location: Sheridan, Montana
Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts

Job Description:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a critical access hospital setting, covering Emergency Department (ED), Med Surg, and Long-Term Care (LTC).
• Must have ACLS, BLS, PALS 
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Respond to emergency situations with urgency and precision, providing life-saving care.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly, maintaining compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Montana.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical access setting, with exposure to ED, Med Surg, and LTC environments.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
