Minimum hree years. Competency in the cytoevaluation of all cytology specimens. Gyn and non-gyn, including FNA's of thyroid, BS degree in the biological sciences. Certification in Cytotechnology by agency such as ASCP, Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc).
