**Job Title:** Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer

**Shift:** Mid 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 22:30) OR 4x10 12:00 - 22:30, weekdays, every other weekend
**Guaranteed Hours:** 40
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year required in Adult Echo
Experience with Bubble Study, Imaging with Contrast Agents, M-Mode, TEE, PACS, Portable Studies is essential
**License:** Must have WV RDCS - Adult license active to start assignment
**Certifications:** BLS; RDCS Adult, RCS; RDCS Peds (preferred) via American Heart Association
**Must-Have:**
- Adult echocardiography registration
- Flu Shot compliance with medical proof for exemptions during flu season (October 1st - March 31st)
**Job Description:**
- Provide cardiac sonography services, conducting echocardiograms and related procedures.
- Handle PACS, Philips equipment (experience preferred with GE, Siemens).
- Adapt to a rotating on-call schedule and be open to potential floating to a nearby facility.
- Work effectively within a patient ratio that includes typically 6 to 8 Echo Techs.
- Participate actively in a structured orientation program over the first three days with a schedule of 07:00 - 15:30.
- Ensure flexibility as blocked schedules are not accommodated.
- Abide by protocols requiring employees to have permanent addresses greater than 100 miles from the facility for submission.
- Ready to complete 2-4 hours of modules prior to the start date as part of the orientation.
Successful candidates who fit provided criteria are encouraged to submit all required documentation timely for onboarding and orientation.
