Certification Details
- This echo position will include taking part in the weekends and weekday/weekend call rotation.
- Weekday call is from 5pm-7am.
- Working hours will have rotating start time depending on location assigned.
- Outpatient is M-F 0730-1600.
- Inpatient M-F could be 0700-1530, 0800-1630, or 0830-1700.

Schedule Information
- Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.

- The Medical Imaging Contract Worker Form will not need to be uploaded prior to start, as it is done onsite and uploaded by the facility.
- Welcome – Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding. The attestation at the end of the pre-hire 6 hours needs to be uploaded by the Agency once completed, with the travelers’ signature and date.
- Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in the following areas: Potential contact with pediatrics/infants, mon-immune pregnant women (L&D areas), non-immune immunosuppressed patients (oncology, transplant, etc.)
- Required for all disciplines, Annual
- Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine
- Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers. Needs to be updated every year. Declinations and exemptions not accepted.
- X-ray completed
- Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter
- Required for all travelers. If placement is in a state other than home state/issuing state of compact license for RNs, address on Driver’s license must match the home state for the compact license. Other documents do not meet the requirement for primary residency.
- 1st within 1 year, 2nd within 30 days of start. And/or Negative IGRA within 90 days of offered start date lab printout prior to start. If positive TB record; Requires Proof of Chest X-Ray within last 1 year to be accompanied by TB questionnaire.
- The candidate or associate should provide documented proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of a history of varicella or herpes zoster (shingles) by a healthcare provider. If a candidate or associate cannot provide evidence of immunity, titers are required to check serological evidence for Varicella. If titer results do not show proof of immunity, administer two doses of Varicella vaccine, four weeks apart. Exemptions are NOT accepted for some areas.
- Valid 10 years from the administered date.
- Resume or Profile
- Qualifying reference(s) completed prior to first assignment. At least two professional references
- Include Social Security Trace, Employment Verification, OIG Search and National Sex Offender. Completion of: 7 year search for-SSN Trace, County Resided and Employed search, National Criminal, OFAC, and VSOP completed within 30 days of first assignment. Updated every 1 year thereafter or if break in service > 90 days, must run counties listed during break in service.
- Clinical only; Required annually in specialty.
- Within 30 days prior to the start of the first assignment with the client, updated annually thereafter. If break in service > 90 days, retesting is required. 12 panel UDS: 1) Amphetamine (AMP) 2) Cocaine (COC) 3) Marijuana (THC) 4) Phencyclidine (PCP) 5) Methamphetamine (mAMP or MET) 6) Barbiturates (BAR) 7) Benzodiazepines (BZO) 8) Buprenorphine (BUP) 9) Methadone (MTD) 10) Oxycodone (OXY) 11) Morphine (MOP) 12) Ecstasy (MDMA). Must show proof of all 12 drugs are tested, if some are tested within sub-category, please provide letter from lab.
