- Start: VCH needs the start date listed in the job order.
- Duration: 13-weeks
- Schedule: 4, 10-hr shifts
- Call: 8-12 days of call per month (30-min response time required)
- --Performs a variety of technical procedures prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas and procedures as required, including, but not exclusively, those responsibilities necessary for proper functioning of the Interventional Radiology Section.
Job Details

Schedule Information
- All RTO must be included in the submission. The manager is looking for minimal RTO. Manager will not approve more than one week of time off during the contract.
- VACCINE INFO: The Flu vaccine is required during flu season (Oct 1st - Mar 31st). If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical Flu exemption, it will be the responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler’s request complies with CMS guidelines. Qualivis will review/approve each request with supporting documentation.
