Job Title: Social Worker - Inpatient Addiction Center

Job Summary: Join a dedicated team in providing comprehensive care to individuals on their journey to recovery. As a Social Worker at our inpatient addiction center, you’ll support clients through assessments, counseling, and personalized care planning in a structured, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide counseling and support to clients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
