Job Summary:
Join a dedicated team in providing comprehensive care to individuals on their journey to recovery. As a Social Worker at our inpatient addiction center, you’ll support clients through assessments, counseling, and personalized care planning in a structured, supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments to identify each client’s needs, history, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, offering guidance and support to clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and case management, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.
• Advocate for clients and connect them to community resources for ongoing support post-discharge.
• Document progress and collaborate closely with the healthcare team for seamless care.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and a valid state license (LCSW or equivalent)
• Any of the following credentials: 
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC)
