**Job Description:**
- Participate under clinical supervision, utilizing knowledge of behavioral healthcare programs and techniques.
- Serve as a member of a sex offender team, managing sex offender interventions for an assigned caseload.
- Conduct screenings and assessments.
- Facilitate group and individual sex offender interventions using evidence-based correctional program strategies within the scope of practice.
- Compose reports and maintain necessary data documentation to satisfy requirements of federal, state, and local agencies.
- Record all inmate encounters and contacts in an electronic health record.
- Complete forms and reports as needed according to policy and protocol.
- Draft transfer and discharge summaries.
- Consult with institution staff regarding the sex offender caseload, inmate's institutional adjustment, and service needs.
- Attend meetings for sex offender program supervision.
- Participate in in-service training and workshops for professional development.
This position requires skills in basic documentation, programming, and behavioral health, as well as professional attributes such as customer focus, decision-making, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and confidentiality.
