**Job Title:** Mental Health Coordinator

**Job Duration:** 6 months

**Shift:** 4x10 days (7-5, 8-6, or 6-4); Training: M-Th 9-7 for first 40 hours

**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 per week

**Experience:** Five years of clinical experience, with two years in a comparable position

**License:** Must possess appropriate LPC, LCSW, LMFT certification or licensing in the state of practice

**Certifications:** Valid driver's license preferred unless required by contract or applicable statute

**Must-Have:** Graduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical area

**Job Description:**

- Plan and provide clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature.
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews.
- Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on evaluations.
- Document treatment and evaluation activities in the health care record.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theories and techniques.
- Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions for those under care.
- Assist with monthly evaluations, mental health exams, and suicide risk management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
