Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is working with a Skilled Nursing Facility in Waukon, Iowa to hire LPNs. For more than 30 years, we've specialized in helping nurses find the assignments that best fit their current needs and long-term career goals.
LPN Contract Details
- $972 - $1,043 per week*
- 4-week contract with possibility of extension
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- NOC shift available
- LPN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:
- Current Iowa LPN license
- 2 years previous nursing experience
- American Heart Association BLS certification
