Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is seeking Skilled Nursing LPN/LVNs in Carlsbad, Texas for a contract assignment at a partnering State supported living center. SNF LPN/LVN Contract Details
- $1,180 - $1,302 per week*
- State-supported living center
- This is a group home setting
- Heavy Med Pass
- Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping and laundry
- Patient acuity may vary by location
- PM shift available
- 26-week contracts with the opportunity to extend
- LPN/LVN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:
- Texas LPN License
- AHA BLS
- 1 year of experience as an LPN
- Skilled Nursing experience preferred
