Genie Healthcare is seeking a LPN / LVN Clinic for a travel job in Madison, Wisconsin.

Minimum Requirements:
Facility Requirement:
• Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location.
• Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler’s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.
Experience:
• Traveler must have completed two years experience as Certified Medical Assistant or LPN.
• Experience in administering vaccinations to pediatric patient population required.
Licensure and Certification:
• Certified as CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification.
• BLS – must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY
