Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is hiring Lpn/lvn to work with a partnering Hospice Care facility in Somersworth, New Hampshire. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Lpn/lvn Contract Details:
- $1,660 - $1,839 per week
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Hospice Care

Requirements:
- Active Lpn/lvn Licensure/Certification in New Hampshire
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Lpn/lvn
- Prior experience in hospice care
