-11p-7a with 4 days on, 2 days off (40 hrs/wk), 18 weeks
- 11p-7a Tue-Fri (32 hrs/wk), 20 weeks
- 3x12 days 7a-7p, 3 days on, 3 days off, 15 weeks
-11/4 start, rotating 6a-2:30p and 2-10:30p schedule (40 hrs/wk), 9 weeks
-12/2 start , rotating 6a-2:30p and 2-10:30p schedule (40 hrs/wk), 9 weeks
- 1+ yr of LPN experience
- Active BLS
- OR state license / compact
