We are seeking a dedicated travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13 week contract working day shift, rotating weeks of 3x12s and 4x12s. Rates noted are for travelers (permanent home must be more than 50 miles from the facility and you must duplicate expenses to receive the stipend for housing/meals/incidentals), and is provided in terms of gross weekly. Local candidates (within 50 miles), are paid hourly salary only of $37.50. Note: Vivian is not calculating the OT pay rate correctly. Gross weekly pay for 36 hrs/wk is $1435; for 48 hrs/wk gross weekly is $1680. Requirements: - Must have minimum of 2 years of LPN experience in skilled nursing/LTC - Valid LPN license in the state of practice or compact - BLS through American Heart Association
