Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is working with a Long Term Acute Care facility in Denver, Colorado to hire Lpn/lvns. Lpn/lvn Contract Details:
- $1,224 - $1,323 per week*
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Long Term Acute Care facility
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Lpn/lvn services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers

Requirements:
- Active Lpn/lvn Licensure/Certification in Colorado
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Lpn/lvn
- Prior experience in an LTAC is preferred
