Mammography Tech - (Mam - Mammo Tech)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2138.39 - $2463.80
Start Date: 11/11/24 Bill Rate: $105.00/hr VMS MSP OID: Fees: 5% Modality: Mammo Credentialing req: vax and flu required, booster optional. F not accepting declinations. Requirements: SS# and DOB needed to create profile in technology. RTO requested at time of submission shift: 40 hrs/week. 8-hr days Monday thought Friday with possible Saturday rotation. License: yes, MA...will wait...allow 4 weeks Equipment: screening and diagnostic Bill GWW: no, F has call off language...can cancel 1 shift/month OT Bill: 1.22x BR On Call: no Billing Cycle: weekly Notice: 30 days Parking: not available - take public transportation...see MBTA website (budget about $100/mo) Dress Code: scrubs any color doc deadline is 1 week plus 1 day prior to start date. doc deadline is very rigid....if deadline passes - T will be pushed.
