**Job Description:**
- Perform tests requiring limited skill and responsibility under supervision.
- Maintain acceptable accuracy in patient quality assurance, proficiency, and competency testing.
- Ensure correct patient or specimen identification and document investigation and interpretation of QA failures or trends.
- Report lab data accurately and timely.
- Recognize the relationship between lab data and clinical findings.
- Initiate investigation and resolution of problems.
- Interpret information from multiple sources.
- Practice efficient organizational skills for time, materials, and cost management.
- Comply with procedures for tracking laboratory test status and documentation.
- Adhere to professional standards of behavior and take corrective action on feedback.
- Participate in meetings, committees, and educational requirements as needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Demonstrate knowledge of laboratory regulatory compliance.
