**Job Description:**
- Perform routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of physician offices, health practitioners, and nursing floors.
- Work in an environment interacting with incarcerated individuals, requiring wearing scrubs at all times.
- Depending on the current needs, the position may focus more on administrative or storeroom (inventory) responsibilities.
- Answer phones and take verbal orders.
- Order supplies and maintain an inventory of items in storage.
- Ensure availability of necessary equipment for patient care, such as wheelchairs and crutches.
- Identify and respond to issues with equipment functionality or supply levels.
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- Unpack and verify supplies upon receipt, reporting any discrepancies.
- Perform Cycle Counting as needed to manage inventory.
- Respond to inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Retrieve requisitions from the electronic supply system and fulfill orders.
- Pack supplies for returns or shipments and ensure accuracy of return labels.
- Monitor inventory quantities, notifying Purchasing Agent to reorder materials as necessary.
- Rotate stock by the First In First Out rule and document and package expired items.
- Maintain a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Issue inventory and maintain records for each location.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality stock purchases.
- Coordinate logistics involving purchase orders, stock transfers, and deliveries.
- Forecast supply and demand to ensure stock availability.
- Track orders to prevent overstocking or out-of-stock situations.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
- Generate purchase and pricing reports and conduct supply chain analysis.
