**Certifications:** Nationally Recognized Certification required
**Must-Have:** Experience in blood bank, hematology, chemistry, and microbiology
**Job Description:**
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze and report findings to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Ensure compliance with all laboratory regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and provide technical support as needed.
- Ability to work various shifts, including holidays.
- Utilize electronic medical records system (EMR) effectively; experience with Cerner preferred.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Display excellent organizational and communication skills.
