**Job Description:**
- Provide accurate and timely test results to support patient care decisions.
- Perform as a strong generalist in laboratory tasks and be adaptable to learn new skills.
- Capable phlebotomist, willing to assist with blood collection when needed.
- Respond quickly and accurately in diverse situational demands.
- Collaborate effectively within the laboratory and with other departments.
- Offer guidance to accommodate time-off requests.
- Maintain emotional maturity in stressful or STAT situations.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Work in a confidential manner and adhere to schedule reliability.
- Display flexibility and willingness to undertake other duties as assigned.
- Contribute positively to the hospital's workplace culture.
- Ability to lift/move up to 15 lbs
independently and heavier weights with assistance.
