We are looking for a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Windsor, VT. The ideal Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med Surg RN) will demonstrate strong communication and critical thinking skills, along with a versatile approach to patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the care of patients with a wide range of medical conditions and post-surgical needs, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. You will collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple patients effectively, and provide compassionate, patient-centered care will be essential in supporting recovery and achieving the best possible outcomes in a Med Surg setting.

Job Requirements:

• 2 Years experience
• Charge RN experience
• 3 months previous travel experience
• Any state License
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS 
• BSN preferred
• Float between Acute Rehab and Acute Med Surg
• May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse
• This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle
• NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED
