Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a large hospital; travel experience preferred
License: Required certifications/licenses must be in order
Certifications: BLS (from AHA), ARRT, ODH certification
Must-Have: Experience with GE or Siemens equipment
Job Description:
- Independently perform diagnostic radiographic procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media.
- Work within the scope of practice in accordance with certificate/licensure, including the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture.
- Coordinate patient flow and activities within the Radiology Department.
- Exercise professional judgment to ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition.
- Perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs.
- Availability to work every other weekend/holiday is required.
- Handle potential on-call responsibilities.
- Complete lab work and EKG/Dysrhythmia exam requirements timely upon contract signing.
- Adhere to departmental protocols for COVID-19 and flu vaccines, with medical/religious exemptions considered for the flu vaccine.
- Request time off (RTO) with the initial submission; requests after offers will not be accommodated.
