ID: 51761762 Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (08:15 - 18:45); Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) Description: 5x8 Hour 0800-1630 POSITION PURPOSE: Performs Nuclear Medicine Procedures in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.8:15-1845 Mon, Tues, Fri and 0700-1730 Thurs, please note that we would like to traveler take call/standby after hours. Bachelors or Associates degree preferred One (1) year of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred Must be currently licensed in Nuclear Medicine with the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI). Must be registered in Nuclear Medicine with either the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB), or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 6 months of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) from the AHA within 90 days of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire. Must pass a Basic Cardiac Monitoring class (offered at Salem Health) within 4 months of hire. Must be capable of operating state of the art Nuclear Medicine gamma cameras, probe and computer systems, film processors, survey meters, and other technical supportive devices. No pending Oregon CNA -or- expired Oregon RN/CNA licensure will be accepted under any circumstance. Any license/background hits require a written statement from the traveler and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basisStart/ RTO / Schedule Policy Facility prefers to only book 3-4 weeks out from current date but check job descriptions for specific start date requirements. RTO must be finalized at time of submittal. Additional RTO requests after submittal may result in removal from consideration or contract cancellation.
