- Ability to handle a fast paced unit with several admissions, discharges, transfers, procedures, etc.
- Sets priorities and modifies patient care in response to changing conditions by utilizing problem solving skills and exhibiting good judgment.
- Makes appropriate and timely notification to physicians on patient condition changes
Job Requirements
- Day Shift - 1 Charge RN, 6 RNs, 1 Unit Secretary, 2-3 Techs
- Night Shift - 1 Charge RN, 6 RNs, 1 tech
- Patient Ratios - 4:1
- Every 3rd Friday and Sat 7p-7a plus an additional Friday or Sat (7p-7a) each schedule. Will need help with Halloween, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas night.
