**Position: Travel RN - Case Management**
We are seeking a Travel RN for Case Management at HCA Florida Mercy. This position involves working with a small team to provide comprehensive care for complex patients.
**Key Details:**
- **Shift:** Day shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating weekends.
- **Patient Ratio:** Estimated 25-30 patients.
- **Staffing:** 2 Case Managers, including bedside staff.
- **Documentation Systems:** Meditech, Midas.
- **Call Requirements:** N/A.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
- Experience with IQ reviews and discharge planning for complex patients.
- Proficiency in psychosocial assessments.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS preferred.
**Preferences:**
- Familiarity with HCA Case Management processes.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Dress Code:** Business casual.
