Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Case Management - Case Mgt to join our travel team in Indianapolis, IN! This is a full time travel contract position.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Active IN 4208 - OUTPATIENT WOUND CARE license
- 2+ years of Case Management - Case Mgt experience
- This position begins on 09/30/2024 and ends on 11/11/2024
